TUCKER INDUCTION SYSTEMS INNOVATES WITH COPPER PRINTING
Tucker Induction Systems Inc. has teamed up with Nikon SLM Solutions to pioneer advanced copper printing capabilities in the U.S. Utilizing the state-of-the-art SLM®280 PS system, they are now able to produce high-qualitycopper induction coils and parts, setting new industry standards. Joshua Tucker, Manager at Tucker Induction Systems, remarked, "Our collaboration with Nikon SLM Solutions allows us to push the boundaries of what's possible."

SUCCESSFUL OPEN HOUSE AT NIKON SLM SOLUTIONS HQ
Our latest Open House at Nikon SLM Solutions HQ was a resounding success, filled with insightful presentations and engaged guests. On July 2nd, industry leaders such as Anders Such from MAN Energy Solutions, Johan Andersson from GKN Aerospace, and David Becker from Becker GmbH CCC shared their experiences on leveraging metal 3D printing in the casting industry. Their presentations showcased how the PBF process has bolstered their market positions.

Meet Donald Godfrey: Revolutionizing Aerospace Manufacturing with Additive Technology
Donald Godfrey, the Global Director of Business Development for Aviation and Defense at Nikon SLM Solutions, is a globally recognized authority in additive manufacturing. With over 40 U.S. patents and nearly 30 patents from the European Patent Agency, Donald's expertise in 3D printing technology is unparalleled. His contributions have significantly shaped the industry, making him a sought-after speaker at international forums across India, the United States, and Europe.
Before joining Nikon SLM Solutions, Donald spent 14 years at Honeywell Aerospace, where he played a pivotal role in integrating metal additive manufacturing across multiple global locations. His efforts were instrumental in developing Honeywell's global supply chain for 3D printing technologies. Prior to Honeywell, Donald worked at Rolls Royce Aerospace for 11 years as an engineering manager, further honing his skills in the aerospace sector.
Donald is also a passionate advocate for education. He co-authored "Additive Manufacturing of Metals: The Technology, Materials, Design, and Production," a book that has been successfully integrated into engineering curricula across North America.
