CONDITIONS MET FOR NIKON ACQUISITION
We are extremely pleased to inform that all the closing conditions for the public takeover offer by Nikon have been fulfilled. The transaction will formally be effective within the next five banking days.
This is an important milestone for both SLM Solutions and Nikon, two companies that have a tremendous amount of synergy between our corporate philosophies of trustworthiness and creativity to our open culture, with a focus on technological excellence and innovation.
This acquisition will not only benefit both our companies greatly — but will benefit manufacturing as a whole.
