SLM Solutions extends management contracts ahead of time

Luebeck, Germany, June 10, 2015 – The Supervisory Board of SLM Solutions Group AG has extended the contracts of CEO Dr Markus Rechlin and CFO Uwe Boegershausen ahead of time. The contracts, which originally were to terminate on June 30, 2016 were now extended until June 30, 2018. The contract of the third Management Board Member Henner Schoeneborn, who is in charge of “Corporate Development and Innovation” since July 2014, is running until June 30, 2017, anyway.

Ihde, Chairman of SLM Solutions Group AG, comments on the decision: “I am very pleased that Dr Rechlin and Mr. Boegershausen committed themselves for a longer period already at this point in time. SLM Solutions is in a dynamic stage of growth and we are convinced that continuity in the Management Board will pay off in the long-term.
