SLM Solutions Group AG: Convertible Bond 2021/2026 in the amount of EUR 15.0 million successfully placed

Luebeck, April 19, 2021 - With the Convertible Bond 2021/2026 (ISIN: DE000A3H3HP1; the "Convertible Bond") in the amount of EUR 15.0 million, SLM Solutions Group AG ("SLM Solutions" or the "Company") successfully placed the second tranche of its 2.00% Convertible Bond offering. The subscription offer was made exclusively to the holders of the Convertible Bond 2020/2026 issued by the Company in 2020.

Sam O'Leary, CEO of SLM Solutions, comments: "With the launch of the industry-leading NXG XII 600 machine last November, SLM Solutions has paved the way for significant growth in the coming years. The received customer feedback since the launch confirms our view that the NXG XII 600 is key to accelerate the adoption of metal-additive manufacturing as it is the first machine to enable large-scale serial production. Besides funding our ongoing business operations, the raised capital will help us to ramp-up production of the NXG XII 600 and expand the sales and service network."

The Convertible Bond 2021/2026 is expected to be delivered on April 23, 2021. Interest will be paid quarterly in arrears, commencing on July 15, 2021. The Convertible Bond 2021/2026 is initially convertible into up to 1,935,483 ordinary bearer shares with no-par value (Stückaktien) of the Company at an initial conversion price of EUR 7.75 per share. The Company does currently not intend to apply for a listing of the Convertible Bond 2021/2026 on any domestic or foreign stock exchange.
